Optics and IP Portfolio Manager

As a senior-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Optics and IP portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

You will lead the Optics and IP portfolio, managing financial and operational performance while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, emphasizing innovation and teamwork as we tackle the challenges of the telecommunications industry.

Key characteristics of this position include:

  • Leading cross-functional project management initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Developing and executing strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs
  • Overseeing post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services, and post-delivery support
  • Managing contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management

Responsibilities also include:

  • Acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Implementing and managing effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges
  • Coordinating with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and operational guidelines
