As a Portfolio Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Optics and IP portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with pre-sales teams, work with Customer Project Managers, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
You'll lead the Optics and IP portfolio for a key Nokia Customer, managing financial and operational performance while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Join us in shaping the future of connectivity and making a tangible impact in the field.Lead cross-functional project management initiatives for the Optics and IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams, creating compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs.Oversee post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services and post-delivery support.Manage the contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management.Foster strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle.Implement and manage effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges.Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and Nokia's operational guidelines.Attend customer premises in greater Sydney when required.You have:At least 8 years of experience in Senior Project Management or Program Management within the IT/Telco industryStrong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) delivery and work streamsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsProven ability to lead cross-organizational teamsPMP and/or Prince2 certification or willingness to certifyIt would be nice if you also had:Experience managing financial and operational performance metricsFamiliarity with project execution, engineering, and supply chain processesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamExperience in risk and change management practicesCome create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
