Manufacturing Supervisor Opportunity

This is a supervisory position in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage 15-20 staff members to ensure efficient production operations are maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain production targets.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing, preferably as a supervisor or team leader.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday on either the afternoon or night shift.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, and the capability to adapt to changing production demands.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
