Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Collections Team Leader.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Collections team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality control measures and reporting to Manager, including audits, phone call monitoring, phone queues/service levels, wrap-up codes and reporting, invoice/receipt request, refund request, Medicare refunds, Defence reprocessing, coaching & training, and assisting in KPI management.

About You:

  • A self-motivated people leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience in AR role.
  • ULTRA experience and sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • High level communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively manage and partner with a team.
  • A flexible approach to work to meet deadlines, excellent Customer Service and conflict resolution skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
