Key Collections Management Role

We are seeking an accomplished Collections Manager to lead our collections department and drive business growth through effective team management, strategic planning, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the collections department, manage a high-performing team, develop and implement collection strategies, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to achieve exceptional results in collections management.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to collections practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in collections management, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certification in Credit and Collections Management is a plus.
