
Strategic Talent Acquisition and People Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Acquisition and People Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing repeatable, scalable systems, policies, and programs that support our global team.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will develop and implement people strategies to foster high performance, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process management. You will advise on business decisions aligned with legislative changes and compliance requirements, ensuring our organization remains up-to-date with the latest employment laws.
You will guide employee survey action plans to drive global engagement and retention, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure consistent application and integration of people policies, programs, and practices. Additionally, you will report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people strategies to support organizational growth and development.
- Advise on business decisions aligned with legislative changes and compliance requirements.
