**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all rooms are clean and maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare morning reports showing occupied, vacant, check-outs, and out-of-order rooms for the Housekeeping Department.
  • Assist the Head of Department with productivity, motivation, and development of line Team Members within the Housekeeping department.
  • Be accountable for maintaining the productivity of the department within budgetary guidelines.
  • Coordinate all work activities on a shift-to-shift basis, ensuring all department procedures are followed and daily tasks are completed according to company standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Exceptional attention to detail and previous Housekeeping leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • A quick thinker who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs smoothly.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
  • A person who is not only a leader but also a team player, willing to be hands-on to see their team succeed.

**Additional Information:**

The base hourly rate for this position is $28.87, equivalent to $57,047.12 - $67,000 per year, based on working days and penalties applicable under the Hospitality Industry General Award.
