As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing support that enhances independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for our participants.
You will have the flexibility to work in various settings, including clinics and community environments, and will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork.
Job RoleThe successful candidate will provide support to NDIS participants living in Campbelltown and surrounding areas, depending on their location.
In this role, you will:
- Utilize a strengths-based approach to guide assessment, goal setting, and intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective clinical reasoning and interventions.
- Deliver speech therapy interventions in settings aligned with participant goals, such as schools, homes, workplaces, community locations, or our clinic space.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality services that make a meaningful impact in the community.
