Lead Early Childhood Professional

As a highly skilled and experienced leader in early childhood education, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in our centres. Your expertise and passion for delivering high-quality care and education will inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide outstanding early learning and care
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of centre staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional results
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current SA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
