  • Building and maintaining robust connections with key partners and teams to drive strategic objectives and enhance service quality.
  • Mentoring and developing colleagues through individualized growth plans, training sessions, and coaching.
  • Engagement in continuous improvement initiatives, keeping current with legislative updates, market insights, and industry trends to refine processes and outcomes.
  • Handling high-risk or sensitive claims according to regulatory guidelines and promoting a positive risk culture aligned with governance principles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Possession of tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance (desired).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of liability claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and solution development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing confident information sharing and collaborative negotiations.
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
