We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Undertake control testing, internal and external audits, and compliance monitoring activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of payroll experience, with a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and industrial relations. They should also have prior experience with payroll system transitions and managing relationships with third-party MSAs or offshore partners.
Requirements:- At least 8 years of payroll experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior Payroll position.
- Demonstrated operational experience and technical skills across the full payroll ambit.
