About the role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Nabenet, you'll play a key role in assisting injured claimants to return to work safely and sustainably. You'll provide holistic support to help restore individuals' highest level of functional performance and deliver successful returns to work. Your main duties will include:

  • Delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services
  • Conducting worksite assessments and identifying potential return-to-work pathways
  • Utilising problem-solving skills and clinical experience to perform assessments and facilitate returns to work
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
  • Developing personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach
  • Developing quality early intervention strategies
  • Presenting case information and providing recommendations to drive desired goals

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A tertiary qualification and current registration with the relevant body (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, etc.)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current driver's license and car

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
