About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Deputy. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
  • Provide training and support to internal departments on new product features.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in product management.
  • Strong product sense and ability to articulate product vision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology-related field.
