As the Director of Gaming Product Innovation, reporting to the Group Chief Customer & Product Officer, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including product research, innovation initiatives, and project management for gaming components of significant strategic and/or group-wide programs.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the gaming strategic product and operational roadmap, collaborating with the leadership team in the Central Gaming Unit (CGU), the Chief Customer and Product Officer, and the operational teams across our venues.

Key Responsibilities

Explore and evaluate new gaming-related and emerging technologies, assessing their applicability to Echo Entertainment Group Assist category leads in formulating annual gaming product strategies and comprehensive gaming plans Manage CGU workflows, encompassing procurement, inventory, risk, compliance, controls, budget, and quality management for strategic initiatives Lead the functional design of gaming fixtures, furniture, and equipment in collaboration with category leads and designers Utilize extensive industry knowledge to negotiate with suppliers and business stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated success in spearheading gaming product and development initiatives within the casino or gaming sector Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to convert market insights into actionable product strategies Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified product vision

You are a dynamic professional passionate about driving strategic development and enhancement of gaming products, while leading a talented team to deliver innovative and high-quality gaming experiences for our guests.
