We are seeking a highly skilled
Head of Facilities
to lead our national facilities management function.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing budgets and ensuring safe and compliant operations across stores and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the national facilities management function, ensuring safe and compliant operations across stores and corporate offices.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive continuous improvement in service and cost efficiency.
Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and lease agreements.
Provide financial oversight and leadership of a high-performing team.
Support construction, fitout and renewal programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with building standards.
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in facilities management or property leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance systems, building compliance and OH&S obligations.
Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and contracts.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
