Job Title

Lead a small team and drive success in property facilities management. Implement change initiatives and drive process improvement.

  • Manage property related facilities maintenance services that support strategic objectives.
  • Team leadership of a team of facilities coordinators, with proactive management of and development of Team members.
  • Complex stakeholder management between internal business units, senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and assisting in the implementation of the ServiceNow CMMS system, liaising with business support units regarding functionality.
  • Managing service reviews/ retendering of vendors, working alongside the General Manager.
  • Reviewing and overseeing all Workplace Health and Safety governance and compliance to meet best industry standards.
  • Liaising with landlord representatives regarding base-building and tenancy maintenance requirements.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing property related facilities maintenance services that support our strategic objectives.

  • Prior demonstrated experience of acting as a Portfolio Facilities Manager across a national or state with proven ability to resolve issues and problems remotely.
  • Experience in the property/facilities sector with a tertiary or trade qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with change management and implementation of new software systems, policy review and industry best standards.
  • A people leader who can empower staff and set clear guidelines and create high performance.
  • Superior communication skills to work across and organisation as well as with internal/external stakeholders.
