Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with various in-office and out-of-office tasks.
  • Conduct routine inspections, as well as entry and exit assessments.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants and the management team.
  • Process rental applications efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Capability to deliver high-quality customer service to both property owners and tenants.
