About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a large portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of 140 properties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of maintenance orders, lease renewals, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Prepare and issue leases, conduct exit reports, and manage arrears in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Liaise with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  4. Upload rental listings online and manage tenant sign-ups, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  2. Current QLD Certificate of Registration and a current driver's license.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
  5. Hard-working and honest work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
