About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 140 properties, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 140 properties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of maintenance orders, lease renewals, and other property-related tasks.
  • Process and follow up on maintenance orders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and issue leases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage arrears and conduct exit reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Upload rental listings online, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure for our clients' properties.
  • Liaise with owners and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • A current driver's license, enabling you to travel to properties and conduct site visits.
  • An excellent problem solver, able to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • The ability to work from home and autonomously, with minimal supervision.
  • A hard-working and honest work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients, owners, and tenants.
