Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team.

This role involves providing expert support in managing risk, sustainability, and operational excellence across commercial property assets.

  • Assessing risks and implementing effective risk management strategies to ensure building safety and compliance.
  • Managing contractors and fostering positive relationships with tenants through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensuring that services are aligned with budgeted costs and undertaking regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining WHS compliance and ensuring operations adhere to the Building Code of Australia.
  • Implementing client-driven sustainability initiatives and contributing to business planning for properties.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in facilities/operations management, preferably with experience in commercial property assets.
  • Ability to maximize building performance in terms of sustainability, risk management, and reporting.
  • Strong customer service focus and positive approach to challenges.
  • Proactive identification of potential risks through WH&S compliance.
  • Effective communication and contractor management skills.
