
Claims Delivery Specialist

This role will see you provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.
Key responsibilities include management of lodgments and repairs for Motorcycle Claims utilising multiple claims systems and processes, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents and service providers, interpreting basic policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted, receiving, recording and processing incoming insurance claims, authorizing payment within scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within Motorcycle Claims and possess highly developed customer service, communication and negotiating skills, be tech savvy and a quick learner, and have strong organizational and time management skills.
