Job Title: Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven project manager to thrive in a collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for managing some of the biggest industrial builds and playing a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. You'll build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors, driving impactful project outcomes that make a real difference for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project management and delivery
  • Collaborating with external clients to capture project requirements and prepare project requirement documents
  • Participating in the tender process to developers and/or contractors
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, project managers, and external partners
  • Setting up and maintaining project monitoring tools and related permits
  • Design management in accordance with project requirements documents and in line with client expectations
  • Assisting with developing construction programs
  • Attending key project meetings and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to both clients and project directors
  • Administering contracts, agreements for lease and leases as applicable to the project
  • Aligning stakeholders on project objectives, deliverables, and timeframes
  • Resolving planning issues and gaining approvals
  • Ensuring training requirements are met in line with expectations
  • Understanding and delivering project management best practices
  • Collaborating with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships
  • Proactive client communications to manage expectations and keep them informed of issues, progress, and variations
  • Producing high-quality client reporting on time and free of errors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Builder contract administration experience is highly regarded
  • Construction experience, preferably on-site with a builder in a management capacity
  • Degree in engineering, project/construction management, architecture, supply chain, or logistics preferred
  • Proven experience in complex industrial and/or commercial facilities
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers
  • Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project
