Project Management Expertise

We seek a seasoned Project Manager to lead our building construction and upgrade projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee risk management, procurement, and value engineering initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure project briefs are met and statutory requirements are fulfilled.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client-side project management for building construction/upgrade projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, including the role of Principal's Representative and Contract Superintendent.
  • Qualifications in building construction or a related discipline.
  • Sound understanding of contract law, industry standards, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing project reports and stakeholder updates.
  • Confidence working within government policies, WHS standards, delegations, and financial procedures.
