Job Overview

We are a well-established pet grooming and daycare business based in Sydney.

Our mission is to create a comfortable and happy life for every dog we care for. We have developed our own Special Care Dog Service, tailored for dogs who need extra patience and understanding, and a Puppy Grooming Classroom, designed to help young puppies adapt to grooming in a positive, stress-free way.

As a Business Manager, you will lead our daily operations and support the next stage of our growth. You will report directly to the owner and be responsible for people, processes, and client experience. This role requires strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a genuine love for dogs and excellent customer service focus.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations, managing a team of 2-6 staff, handling client enquiries and bookings, supporting grooming and daycare staff during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations, and driving business growth and expansion.

Essential qualities for this role include hands-on, adaptable, and supportive teamwork, fluency in English (written and spoken), and Australian PR or Citizenship.
