Are you a motivated and strategic leader seeking a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting for a casual Turnaround Planning Superintendent position to lead the delivery of mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for key Turnarounds.

The role will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the team to ensure effective delivery of work for the contract. Your primary focus will be on aligning our work processes and structure with best practice to achieve business outcomes and continuous improvement.

You will be involved in:

  • Review and confirmation of scope, work method, labour, material and tooling estimates for individual parcels of work
  • Review of key Turnaround plans - HSE, Quality, Logistics, etc.
  • Development of Workpack content
  • Establishing service levels for Project Management, Plant, Equipment, Tooling and Consumables

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience and knowledge in a similar or equivalent role
  • Proven experience working on Turnarounds, specifically with mechanical type contracts
  • Major Hazard Facility or Oil and Gas experience preferred, ideally with some exposure to working in remote locations
