This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise in identity and access management.

">Job Summary:

As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the organization by resolving complex technical issues related to identity and access management. This includes incident management, vendor engagement, and procedure development.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity and access management systems across the organization.

">Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 technical support via IT service management toolset within the defined service health indicator timeframe
  • Engage with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues related to identity and access management
  • Participate in client projects as required to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for identity and access management
  • Develop and update detailed level designs for identity and access management systems
">Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Delinea Secret Server
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management Services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Citrix Studios & Director
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification
  • Tenable AD experience
  • Certificate Management experience
  • NV2 security clearance
">Desirable Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is desirable, along with Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience.
