Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reducing operational risk and improving the availability of directory and identity management systems.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge and demonstrated experience maintaining and configuring Identity and User Access Management platforms, including privileged access controls.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver service activities, ensuring critical business services availability, capacity planning, and business continuity support
  • Provide optimal service operations execution across Identity Management platforms and associated systems
  • Support user identity lifecycle and associated platforms
  • Evaluate system and solution design for effective application and validation of IT service transition and management processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft configuration management covering Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure services
  • Maintenance, configuration, and provisioning expertise for platforms including Azure MFA, Identity Governance, Microsoft 365, Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth)
  • Proficiency in Automation & Orchestration solutions and common scripting technologies like PowerShell and Terraform
  • Expert analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultative skills
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with internal customers/business units
