Head of Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
Flexible Location (East Coast preferred) | Package mid-late $200k + bonus
Are you ready to take ownership of a newly created IDAM function within a large, complex enterprise embarking on a major cyber security transformation?
We're seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader to shape the future of Identity and Access Management. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and grow a team, uplift maturity from the ground up, and drive automation and scale across critical identity platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead a greenfield uplift program with strong executive sponsorship.
Drive strategy and delivery across SailPoint, Okta, Entra, and CyberArk .
Build and lead a team of up to 10 specialists .
Work flexibly - no mandated office days, with collaboration sessions as needed.

What you'll bring
Strong engineering foundation with proven leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of IDAM technologies and automation at scale.
Experience across both employee and customer identity (specialist support provided on customer side).
Ability to set strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver at pace.

Package mid-late $200k + bonus
