Administration Officer – People and Culture Role

We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide administrative support to the People and Culture department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working within established procedures.

About the Role

  • Provide administration support to the People and Culture department to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.
  • Administer employee onboarding and exiting processes, coordinate interviews and contracts, and maintain department records and databases.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth contract processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' Administration experience and Certificate III in Business Administration (or relevant equivalent).
  • Proven experience working within established procedures and the ability to learn new processes, apply new information, and think critically about potential outcomes.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent, customer-focused service.
  • A high attention to detail with excellent organisational ability in a busy working environment.
  • Excellent skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office with experience working in databases.
