About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leaders in various matters including recruitment, contract management, human resources queries, training and development, and industrial instrument advice. You will also be involved in reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Working under both a HR Advisor and Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills as an administrative professional, including gaining exposure to the healthcare industry and a nursing enterprise agreement.

About You
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is preferred but not essential. However, you must have a passion for people and workplace culture.
  • You will need to demonstrate proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional support, is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • As a collaborative team player, you will contribute positively to the HR team and build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and professional conduct when engaging with all stakeholders is expected.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement are highly regarded.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation is crucial for this role.
