
Administrative Support Professional

This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their administration and membership skills in a professional services organisation.
You will be working closely with the Chief Industrial Officer and Finance Manager to provide day-to-day support across administration, membership services, and office coordination.
- Reception duties and general office administration
- Maintaining and updating the membership database
- Meeting and greeting members and visitors to the office
- Preparing and supporting meetings, including catering and logistics
- Managing office supplies and placing orders
- Printing, scanning and binding important records
- Assisting the CEO and Finance Manager with correspondence, scheduling and records
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (MYOB an advantage)
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Interest in supporting leadership and developing a career in administration and membership services
- A small, supportive team where your contribution makes a real difference
