Job Title: Oshc Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to lead our Before and After School Care (OSHC) program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working in an Out of School Hours Care setting and hold relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. They will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy, as well as overseeing attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to guide and support educators so they feel confident and valued in their roles. They will also be able to build strong partnerships with families and the school to create a connected care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging programs that meet the needs of children in the OSHC program
  • Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times
  • Guide and support educators to ensure they feel confident and valued in their roles
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the school to create a connected care environment
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care setting
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • A valid NSW Working With Children Check
