We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Engineer to join our team at the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO). Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to deliver key insights on the operational performance of their transport infrastructure assets
- Assist in delivering next-generation thinking by providing strategic asset management strategies and functional solutions
- Gain an understanding and create tailored maintenance plans and future works programs
- Take your road surfaces and pavements knowledge to the next level by assisting to classify defects and select appropriate treatment methods
- Develop your systems knowledge by using a range of pavement management, asset information, and client pavement management tools to investigate data
- Assist in the writing and developing of technical reports
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or postgraduate in Asset Management or related areas
- 3+ years' experience in asset management within rail, ports, or airports highly desirable
- Some experience in delivering asset management strategies and plans to clients - or willingness to develop in this area
- Previous experience and desire to gain knowledge in asset performance (interpreting data, modelling, and analysing trends)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with limited guidance
- Strong report writing, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
- Must have an Australian Driver's Licence due to the occasional site work required
