About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Associate Asset Management Engineer to join our Water Group's Asset Management and Planning (AMP) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our capabilities and reputation in the asset management and planning space.

As a Senior/Associate Asset Management Engineer, you will be responsible for developing contingency and rehabilitation strategies and plans, operational procedures, asset class plans, renewal, capital expenditure and whole of life asset costing schedules and business case development. You will also be responsible for developing asset registers, conducting asset condition assessments, and implementing risk assessments and root cause analysis.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulic principles, materials assessment, and pipe materials knowledge. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing quality technical reports. Additionally, you will be able to operate independently to provide sound technical outcomes and have excellent time management practices.

About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior/Associate Asset Management Engineer who is passionate about asset management and planning. You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or materials engineering, and have proven relevant asset management experience. You will also have experience in working with geographical information systems and associated platforms.
