Senior Principal Environmental Consultant

A highly experienced and skilled environmental consultant is sought to lead a team of experts in Brisbane, delivering high-end contaminated land and hydrogeology projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead client relationships across Defence, Federal Infrastructure, and QLD Airport precincts
  • Be the point of contact for strategic new partnerships across mining, industry, and government
  • Guide delivery teams across PSI/DSI, remediation, PFAS, and hydrogeology programs
  • Shape local delivery approach and help align with the national offering
  • Partner with the Program Manager and Technical Director already in place
About You:
  • You will have 12+ years of experience in CLM/Hydrogeology consulting
  • You will possess strong client communication and relationship-building skills
  • You will have credibility in front of Defence, Infrastructure, or mining clients
  • You will be an EPA QLD Auditor status holder (or interested in future pathway)
Key Requirements:
  • Direct client-facing experience in contaminated land and hydrogeology
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff members
