**Job Overview:**

The role of Site Manager is a key position within the company, responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site activities from groundworks to completion.
  • Lead subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on-site.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project programs.
  • Ensure WHS, quality, and environmental compliance at all times.
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and safety on-site.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving throughout the build process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager (residential, multi-residential, or mixed-use projects preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, codes, and compliance.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
