We seek an experienced Operations Manager to work closely with our Principal Leader, overseeing the smooth operation of our business, enabling our legal team to focus on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate human resources and staff administration, including contract management, onboarding, leave, and recruitment support.
  • Maintain compliance and policies up-to-date.
  • Oversee relationships with suppliers, insurance providers, and IT services.
  • Handle reporting duties, including weekly and monthly metrics, expenses, and performance data.
  • Analyze existing workflows and performance, recommending process improvements.
  • Document procedures to ensure consistent staff practices.
  • SUPervise the implementation of new trackers, templates, and automation in relevant systems.
  • Train staff on non-legal systems, ensuring successful adoption.
  • Provide operational data, reports, metrics, and identify bottlenecks to inform decision-making.
  • Translate strategic plans into effective workflows and system implementations.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies or risks, presenting potential solutions for review.
  • Drive system enhancements.
  • Deliver operational projects within deadlines.
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of experience in operations or practice management, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
  • Highly organized, proficient with technology, and dependable.
  • Discreet, able to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
