Your ability to advocate for the unique needs of all patients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and those from culturally diverse backgrounds, will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered post-anaesthetic care to patients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, assess and evaluate patient care.
  • Advocate for the unique needs of all patients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse – Division 1 with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute care nursing.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work and provide person-centered care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
