We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care and support. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, using clear and effective communication to plan, implement, assess and evaluate patient care. Your ability to advocate for the unique needs of all patients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and those from culturally diverse backgrounds, will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered post-anaesthetic care to patients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, assess and evaluate patient care.
  • Advocate for the unique needs of all patients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse – Division 1 with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute care nursing.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work and provide person-centered care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
