We are seeking a skilled Asset Finance Specialist to join our team. This role involves sourcing and qualifying loans, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing settlements within a collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities- Sourcing and assessing loan applications to ensure lender approval.
- Maintaining clear communication with brokers to keep them informed of application status.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards throughout the loan process.
- Accurately inputting and updating client information in our system for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills to accurately assess and qualify loan applications.
- Excellent relationship skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while supporting team goals.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly update clients and colleagues.
