About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, primarily in Australia, but with the ability to support across the wider APAC region as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and establish talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
  • Data and Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide insights to improve processes and strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and through digital channels.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Experience in Financial Services or FinTech is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting across APAC is preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
