About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to help us manage a territory by prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and selling directly to new customers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced self-starter who is willing to help us achieve our sales performance goals. This critically important role will be one of the first faces of our company, building relationships with prospects and customers, and sourcing sales accounts directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect for new customers, reaching out to potential leads through in-person visits and demonstrations
  • Set up quality sales meetings and appointments, nurture relationships, and close deals
  • Regularly travel throughout the territory (approximately 20% travel)
  • Develop creative customized outreach ideas to reach new customers
  • Build relationships with a wide variety of people, across multiple sectors and mediums

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or 2+ years selling AEDs in the field
  • Deep experience performing in-person sales presentations and demonstrating products
  • Experience owning a territory, identifying decision-makers, and driving demand
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Curious, adaptable, and coachable, not afraid to learn about new tools, systems, and best practices
  • Flexible and patient, with a passion for our mission of saving lives
