Job Title: Loan Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Officer to join our team in Cleveland. As a Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in generating prospective mortgage loan clients and analyzing their needs to recommend appropriate mortgage products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate prospective mortgage loan clients and analyze their needs
  • Recommend and sell mortgage products to meet customer needs
  • Collect and verify documentation from borrowers to complete the loan approval process
  • Manage pipeline for loan origination through approval and closing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate updates throughout the loan process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral networks to grow a portfolio of customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years current Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
  • Trustworthy and dependable individual with excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and team player with strong analytical skills
