Product Management Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Trainee Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will support product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. You will work with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to:

  • Monitor product category performance and uncover growth opportunities
  • Assist in researching and developing new product ideas
  • Support product planning, market analysis, and competitor research
  • Coordinate product samples, compliance, and testing activities
  • Help manage product databases, supplier communications, and internal reporting
  • Take ownership of a sub-category and drive real outcomes under mentorship
  • Build hands-on experience with tools like Pronto and Microsoft Office

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of product development and management principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
  • A passion for consumer products, product development, or innovation
