Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive high-value feature and capability opportunities across the supply chain, logistics, and transportation industry.

This role requires an analytical thinker who uses quantitative analysis and data presentation to drive solution development. As an influencer, you'll lead strong communication skills, leadership, and success working with people at all levels and across functions and cultures.

A pragmatic problem-solver, you can think big, prioritise opportunities, and deliver well-structured and efficient solutions that meet quality standards.

  • Owning, maintaining, and communicating the roadmap, working with peers in engineering to shape discovery and delivery of meaningful value to customers and business.
  • Developing and promoting shared understanding of customer and commercial impacts of work being undertaken amongst team and wider business.
  • Making great decisions within the team around what to deliver and how best to deliver it, mindful of dependencies and potential impacts.

This is an outcome-driven role where you'll be proactive, self-starting, and hungry for growth. You'll be determined to challenge yourself and others to do better and have superb verbal and written communications skills built on empathy for your fellow humans.

You'll have experience with and/or understanding of UX processes and built a shipped version 1 product. Working well in ambiguous environments, you'll seek and provide clarity using a good analytical toolkit. This includes both mindset and specific skills.
