Casual Online Exam Assistants are sought by our team to support the Exams and Results group in Student and Academic Services. This role involves reviewing student invigilated online exam videos and associated administration tasks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have high levels of computer and organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. They must not be currently studying at diploma level or higher at a registered training organisation or Australian University and must not have a relative or close friend currently studying with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete review of student invigilated online exam videos for exam integrity compliance, including preparation of confidential incident and breach reports.
  • Using our exams management system, complete data entry of reports and maintain, monitor, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with key staff to develop efficient and consistent practices.
Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including experience in meeting deadlines, making decisions, and taking action in line with prescribed procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both with minimal supervision and as part of a team in the provision of high-quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated diligence and integrity to manage the security of confidential and restricted documentation and information in accordance with work procedures.
