Role Overview

As a key member of our retail operations team, you will ensure that our stockroom is always running smoothly. This role requires a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Take ownership of stockroom operations, ensuring products flow efficiently and the floor stays replenished
  • Maintain a world-class setup that supports speed and accuracy
  • Oversee replenishments to keep the sales floor fully stocked
  • Manage stock transfers, shipments, and product intake with precision
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding inventory accuracy and shrink goals
  • Leading and preparing for stock takes and audits
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational discipline are always met
  • Keeping the stockroom presentation aligned with global standards
  • Communicating merchandise opportunities to store leadership

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of retail stockroom experience (apparel/footwear preferred)
  • Proven results achieving inventory and shrink targets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of lifting, moving, and climbing
