**The Opportunity**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store and driving business growth. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and exceeding their expectations.
- Maintaining merchandise standards at the highest level and ensuring a fresh and diverse product range.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of specialists to deliver excellence in all areas.
- Managing profitability, sales results, and overall business direction.
- Collaborating with department managers to uphold store expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implementing cost control measures and monitoring financial reports and key performance indicators.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to relevant legislation and safety protocols.
- Monitor weekly financial reports, analyse departmental financial accounts, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.

**About You**:

- A passion for outstanding customer service and the ability to mentor others.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a retail team.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in grocery, produce, or store management.
- Full-time availability with a minimum of 45 hours per week.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redcliffe, QLD 4020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
- Store management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
