About the Team:

To understand our merchandise business, we work across all business units at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. Our team is passionate about working at the forefront of merchandising and ensuring that customers have quality products at the right price.

About the Role:

In this fixed-term contract, you will report to the Category Manager, focusing on canned goods as part of the wider Grocery category team. Your time will be dedicated to managing administration duties for your portfolio, including promotional planning, sales forecasting, event planning, range reviews, supplier relationships, and customer/store queries.

  • Manage end-to-end promotional planning, including forecasting, execution, and tracking performance.
  • Support in range reviews with analysis, layout updates, and new range implementation.
  • Assist the Category Manager with various reporting tasks.
  • Plan and manage seasonal events, including off-location shipments.
  • Support key category projects and marketing requests for promotional activities.
  • Assist the team with production and operation administrative tasks, including stock management and order approvals.
  • Communicate with stores and helpdesks.

This position suits an experienced Business Category Coordinator or someone with demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
