**About the role**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller and a member of the Senior Finance Team, the key purpose of this role is to work intimately with lead teams and senior managers to deliver value and influence business outcomes within a complex business.

You will also:

- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
- Compile product and customer profitability reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Promote safety and customer satisfaction as a core value.

**About your experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a finance or business-related field and be a member of CPA/CAANZ or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Knowledge of TM1 an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
