Position Overview

The Department of Education is seeking a dedicated Educational Program Manager to lead initiatives that foster growth and innovation within our educational framework. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our institution, which is recognized for its Specialist Programs in various disciplines, including Agriculture and Music, as well as its Gifted & Talented Secondary Selective Entrance Program.

Key Responsibilities

As an Educational Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Principal and the administrative team to provide visionary leadership that aligns with the school's mission. Your role will involve:

  • Developing and promoting the school's vision in partnership with staff and community volunteers.
  • Monitoring academic performance and supporting students who may be at educational risk.
  • Cultivating student aspirations and interests to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Leading a small team of student services staff to analyze data and implement strategies that improve student attendance, engagement, and overall well-being.
